Huntersville, North Carolina, March 31, 2025– Precision Concepts International LLC (“Precision Concepts”), a diversified provider of rigid packaging solutions, announced today that it has acquired Meredith-Springfield Associates, Inc. (“Meredith”). Based in Ludlow, Massachusetts, Meredith specializes in the design and blow molding of PET and HDPE bottles and containers.
